With over 23 years of experience with the Dosh firm, Kelli is the backbone of our legal support team. Compassionate, hard-working, trustworthy, and calming—Kelli is a true team player who encourages learning and growth through hands-on preparation and thoughtful oversight. She has raised 7 adult children who remain her pride and joy.
Grateful for the Dosh family who have become family through the years, Kelli is now preparing to pass the torch and will work remotely for her final six years before retirement, committed to the "long haul" with Dosh Law.
Nikki Richardson
Since joining Dosh Law in 2018, Nikki has played a key role in supporting both clients and the internal team. With a strong background in customer service and restaurant management, she brings a disciplined, organized, and standards-driven approach. Known for her direct communication style and IT expertise, she ensures office procedures run efficiently.
Nikki has recently taken a step back to focus more fully on her children and family, while continuing to support the office as needed. Her passion for food is only matched by her genuine fulfillment in the legal field.

A valued member of the Dosh Law team since 2022, Olivia provides essential support to both attorneys and clients with strong attention to detail. She assists in drafting legal documents, preparing court materials, and facilitating client communication with an approachable demeanor and proactive work ethic. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and intends to pursue law school.
